There is a bug on my device: On the "Press X or O / Z" screen none of the buttons that we have to press to play work. It must be happening because I'm trying to play on a cell phone

Sorry it’s not working for you. If you’re using Chrome it does seem to get stuck before starting the game (which is pretty weird). If I tap in the bottom right of the square display to pull up the menu then dismiss that again, then the controls seem to work again and I can play the game. It's not a perfect solution, but it might work for you.
The buttons are part of the PICO-8 wrapper which I didn’t write. I took a look at it but I haven’t found a solution yet.

My feelings on it too, definitely a lot more I would want to do with it and improve but I was on a deadline to get finished in time for Hanukkah so a lot got chopped or poorly implemented. If I did it again, would definitely be a lot I would change.

Hm, nice game! But sadly, my phone has a delay to click the buttons on this game :( but this is not a game problem, so 4 stars
